چکیده
Introduction. The search for methods to reduce the time of treatment burns and wounds donor sites currently remains relevant.Aim. Objective this retrospective study was evaluate effectiveness local II–IIIA degree site with dressings based on allogeneic type I collagen.Material methods. included 434 patients hospitalized in 2018–2021. Collagen were used 280 (234 46 wounds); 154 comparison group received traditional accordance standards care burns. Patients did not differ statistically significantly age area (general, superficial, deep). Lyophilized, sterile collagen (RC No. FSR 2009/06370 December 8, 2014) manufactured TU 9393-002-01967081-2008 by Department Tissue Preservation Graft Manufacturing our Institute. We compared timing wound epithelialization when using versus conventional treatment, pain intensity as assessed visual analogue scale pain.Results. terms complete burn made 10 (7;12) days collagenbased used, 18 (14;20) without collagen, difference being significant (p<0.001). Epithelialization took 9 (8;10) dressings, 11 (10;12) after application lower 1, 4, 7 than (p<0.001, p<0.001, p=0.003, respectively).Conclusion. use superficial reduces re-epithelialization, decreases wounds, which proves greater efficacy method.

successful treatment of chronic donor site pain
conclusions donor site pain following autologous iliac crest bone harvest is a common surgical complication that is often resistant to conservative treatments such as physical therapy and oral medications. blockade of the superior cluneal nerves is a safe and technically simple procedure that may result in long-term pain relief, obviating the need to consider more invasive options. case present...

background: to determine plasma concentrations of bone resorption marker cross-linked n-terminal telopeptide (ntx) of type i collagen in periodontal health, disease and after nonsurgical periodontal therapy in chronic periodontitis group.in addition, to know the association between plasma ntx levels and the different clinical parameters. materials and methods: thirty subjects were divided on th...
متن کاملEvaluation of human allogeneic collagen gel for correction of nasolabial folds using non-invasive measurement techniques
Background: With aging, the facial folds, grooves, and sagging tissue become more prominent. It is haracterized by loss of the collagen mass in the dermis and an increased array of elastin whirls in the deeper dermis. The aim of this study was to determine whether correction of nasolabial folds could be achieved using an allogeneic collagen product. Methods: Nine healthy volunteers participated...
متن کاملNanomechanics of Type I Collagen.
Type I collagen is the predominant collagen in mature tendons and ligaments, where it gives them their load-bearing mechanical properties. Fibrils of type I collagen are formed by the packing of polypeptide triple helices. Higher-order structures like fibril bundles and fibers are assembled from fibrils in the presence of other collagenous molecules and noncollagenous molecules. Curiously, howe...
